Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
You’ll be able to set up a catch-all mailbox without any effort in case you have a shared hosting plan with our company. The Email Manager tool in our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel is feature-laden, yet incredibly simple to use, and it will permit you to enable different features, including the catch-all one, with just several clicks. All the mailboxes that you’ve set up will be enumerated in alphabetical order in this section and next to each one of them you’ll see a mini "Catch-all" logo. Clicking on it once will enable this feature, clicking on it once more will deactivate it. As you can have only one such mailbox per domain name, our system will warn you if you already have a different mailbox with this feature activated or if you have enabled email forwarding.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all option can be activated without difficulty in case you have a semi-dedicated server account with us. All the email addresses that you’ve set up using the domain names hosted in your semi-dedicated account will be listed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel and you will see a tiny icon conveniently situated directly next to each one of them. With only a mouse click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your desire on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with the option already enabled and there isn't active email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on an email address and activate this option through the menu that will surface. In case any of the conditions for creating a catch-all mailbox is not matched, our system will notify you, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
