Spam Filters in Shared Hosting
If you reach the decision to host your domains with us and you select any of our shared hosting plans, you will be able to enable spam filters for any email address that you set up. With a couple of mouse clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel, you can switch between 5 different levels of protection. In case you still get junk emails or the filters start preventing genuine email messages from reaching your mailbox, you can switch to a different level just as easily. The quality of our anti-spam solution is ensured by one of the most widely used spam filters – SpamAssassin. In case you do not want to risk omitting an authentic email that may be considered as spam due to its content, you can also configure custom email filters based on the body, the subject or the sender of the email message and redirect the emails to some other mailbox where you can examine them at a later point in time.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you use a semi-dedicated server plan from our company and if you create one or more mailboxes with any of the domains hosted under the account, you’ll be able to activate the advanced, 5-level SpamAssassin email filter that we offer and keep all unwelcome emails away from your mailbox. This option is accessible through the Email Manager section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel and it can be activated or deactivated for any email account whenever you want. You can also adjust the security level with several mouse clicks in case junk messages still appear in your inbox or the email filter begins removing authentic messages. Since you can select whether the spam should be deleted straight away or re-sent to another email address, you can set up email@example.com, for example, and view all filtered emails there, so as to ensure that you won’t miss a message that you need. The emails that the filter permits to proceed will still be delivered to your mailbox.
